Celebration of National Educational Day
In Tamil Nadu state, July 15th is celebrated as “Educational Development Day”, commemorating the birth anniversary of former chief minister of Tamil Nadu, Perunthalaivar Kamarajar.
In this regard, the Postgraduate and Research Department of Tamil, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, conducted a programme titled “Knowledge is power” on 15th July 2025.
Dr. R. Navamani, Vice-Principal & Head, Department of Undergraduate Computer Science, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal was the special invitee.
Kamarajar was a great leader and kingmaker of our country. He was a man of simplicity and known for his best leadership in the growth of Tamil Nadu during the period (13th April 1954 to 02nd October 1963), she denoted.
Also, she highlighted Kamarajar’s contribution to our Tamil Nadu state’s development during his nine-year tenure.
