Yoga for faculty members
On behalf of Yoga and Meditation Cell, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal organized a one-day event titled “How yoga and meditation are advantageous for teachers?” எவ்வாறு யோகா மற்றும் தியானப்பயிற்சி ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு பயனுள்ளதாக உள்ளது? on 26.07.2025 in the seminar hall of the college.
Dr. G. Nithya, Assistant Professor in Commerce & Yoga Trainer and Dr. A. Latha, Assistant Professor in Tamil & Yoga Trainer, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal were the resource persons.
Yoga and meditation offer remarkable advantages for faculty members, helping them manage stress, ameliorate focus, and enhance overall well-being, they said.
They demonstrated the various fundamental yoga exercises, like Tadasana, Tree Pose, Sharvasana, Plank Pose, Child Pose, Stall Pose, etc..
All the faculty members of Trinity College for Women, actively took part.
