          Indian Red Cross Society, Tamil Nadu State Branch, Youth Red Cross, Namakkal District jointly conducted a one day district level YRC students study camp on 05.08.2025 in the place of Namakkal Kavignar Ramalingam Government Arts College for Women, Namakkal.

          Dr. M. Govindaraju, Principal, Namakkal Kavignar Ramalingam Government Arts College for Women, Namakkal presided over the programme.

          Inaugural address given by Dr. T. Elangovan, Zonal Coordinator – Youth  Red Cross, Periyar University, Salem and Mr. C. R. Rajesh Kannan, Secretary, Red Cross, Namakkal District offered the felicitation address.

          The Valedictory Address was given by Mr. G. Madaiyan, Chairman, IRCS, Namakkal.     Mr. R. Vijayaraghavan, Additional Superintendent of Police, (Cyber Crime), Namakkal highlighted the shortcomings of social media for students’ welfare. 

Dr. R.P. Bhuvaneswari, Programme Officer –   YRC, NKR Govt. Arts College for Women, Namakkal, Dr M. Chandrasekaran, Assistant Professor in Botany & YRC – Programme Officer, Arignar Anna Government Arts College, Namakkal also spoke on that occasion.

On behalf of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, Mrs. V. Kalaivani, Assistant Professor in Physics & YRC Programme Officer along with the students of final year B.Sc., Physics, Ms. K. Heaviya, Ms. T. Pradhiksha, Ms. D. Ragavi and Ms. P. Sowmithaa took part and got the appreciation certificates from the chief guests.
