Naan Mudhalvan Programme on “Food Safety and Quality Management”

Under the Naan Mudhalvan, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal conducted a programme titled “Food Safety and Quality Management” on 2nd, 10th, 16th, 23rd, 30th July, 6th August, 3rd, 17th & 24th September 2025.    Mr. Dineshkumar – N, Trainer, Rareminds, Bengaluru was the resource person.

He elucidated various topics like Food Quality Regulations and Guidelines in India,  Quality Certifications ISO(International Organization for Standardization), Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, (FSSAI) and Food & Drug Administration (FDA),  Government Regulations and Roles of Departments in Food Industries, Good Documentation Practices & Data Integrity Assurance, Change Control Processes,  Deviation Management Practices Conducting Self Inspection and Quality Audits, Qualification and Validation of Equipment, Complaint Handling Processes,  Product Recall Log Preparation and Reporting.  All the students of Nutrition and Dietetics participated in that programme.

The faculty of Nutrition and Dietetics, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, Mrs. R. Rupa, Ms. P. Sri Renugadevi, Mrs. S. Bharathi and Ms. A. Nandhini also took part.
