Live Telecast Programme on “Tamil Nadu that Excels in Education”
The Government of Tamil Nadu, displayed its major educational initiatives through a special live telecast programme entitled “Tamil Nadu that Excels in Education” (கல்வியில் சிறந்த தமிழ்நாடு) on 25.09.2025, held at the premises of Nehru Indoor Stadium, Chennai from 4 PM onwards.
The Honourable Chief Minister of Telangana State, Mr. Revanth Reddy, The Honourable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu State, Mr. M.K. Stalin and the Honourable Deputy Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu State, Mr. Udayanithi Stalin were the chief guests.
In continuation, a live telecast programme was arranged at the venue of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, from 4 PM to 9 PM.
Mrs. P. Selvi, Deputy Registrar/Personnel Officer, Cooperative Department, Namakkal, The Chairman of the College, Er. K. Nallusamy, The Principal – Dr. M.R. Lakshiminarayanan, The Vice-Principal – Dr. R. Navamani, The Administrative Officer – Mr. N.S. Senthilkumar along with the various department heads, faculty members and the students of the College participated.
The event of “Tamil Nadu that Excels in Education” highlighted several key initiatives of the Government of Tamil Nadu like Chief Minister’s Breakfast Scheme, Naan Mudhalvan, Pudhumai Pen, Tamil Pudhalvan, etc.,
All the students, faculty members and non-teaching staff members, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, watched the entire live telecast programme upto 9 PM. On behalf of Trinity Academy, the special buses were operated for all the participants.
