NM programme on “Employability skills”
Under the auspices of Naan Mudhalvan, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal conducted a Naan Mudhalvan Programme titled “Employability skills” on 31st July, 01st August, 15th September, 16th September, 17th September, 09th September & 10th October 2025 in the College premises.
Ms. Tamilvani Ramakrishnan, Life Coach Softskill Trainer, Chennai, Mr. D. Senthilkumar, Corporate Instructor, Verbal & Softskill Trainer, Namakkal and Ms. M. Nathiya, Verbal & Softskill Trainer, Salem were the resource persons. They explained various topics like, work ethics, meeting and presentation skills, preparing a project proposal, problem solving tool, critical thinking, conflict management and strategic planning for immediate placement in renowned companies.
