          Owing to the birth anniversary of the first education Minister of Independent India, Shri. Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, The Institution’s Innovation Council, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal celebrated the National Education Day on 11th November 2025.   It was held through the platform of Google Meet.    

            Dr. B. Vishnupriya,  Assistant Professor in Tamil & Coordinator – Naan Mudhalvan, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, spoke on the topic titled “Digital Education – Past, Present and Future.”    Today, because of high-tech networks and multimedia, the education sector has emerged as a fast developing in all the fields, especially higher education.  Now, many students are pursuing higher education through virtual mode.  In particular, SWAYAM – NPTEL courses are an important part of digital education.  Many students and faculty members are doing this online education enthusiastically, she said.  Also, she elaborately highlighted the benefits of online education for the students’ community.   Nearly 100 students of the College actively took part in that online mode.
