Programme on Employability Skills
Under the auspices of Naan Mudhalvan, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, conducted a placement training programme titled “Employability Skills” on 12th, 13th, 16th to 20th February 2026 in the College premises. Mr. Ramamoorthi Kannan, Trainer, Naandi Foundation, Thiru. Vie. Kaa. Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai was the resource person.
The resource person highlighted various employability skills, such as, communication skills, body language, subject skills, team working, critical thinking, problem solving, time management, stress management, money money management, self management, resilience, requirement of flexibility, updating the current affairs, innovation, creativity, emotional intelligence, etc.,
. All the members of Naan Mudhalvan of the Institution made the arrangements.
