Best wishes to the players of Powerlifting
The Periyar University Inter-Collegiate Powerlifting Tournament (Both Men and Women) was held on 02nd March 2026 in the premises of Muthayammal College of Arts and Science (Autonomous), Rasipuram, Namakkal District. Many Arts and Science Colleges affiliated to Periyar University, Salem, from the districts of Salem, Namakkal, Dharmapuri and Krishnagiri actively took part.
On this subject, Our Trinity College for Women, Namakkal obtained the third position in that tournament.
