Yogasana for Women”
The Yoga and Meditation Cell, in support of the Department of Physical Education, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, organized a program titled “Essential Yogasana for Women” on March 9, 2026, in the college premises.
Mrs. S. Bhuvaneswari, Yoga Trainer, Middle Street, Jari Kondalampatti, Salem, was the subject expert. She demonstrated the various yogasana exercises, like Artistic Yogasana, Rhythmic Yogasana, Surya Namaskar, Paschimottanasana, Sarangasana, Purna Dhanurasana, Karnapidasana, Garudasana, etc., Students of Trinity College for Women actively took part. Mrs. V. Archana, Physical Director of the College, made the arrangements.
