Temple Visit for the Students of Tamil

Forty-two students of B.A. Tamil and M.A. Tamil from Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, visited Arunagiri Sri Balasubramaniaswamy Temple, Kuchipalayam, Sullipalayam village, near Paramathi, Namakkal District, on 13th March 2026.   They worshiped Lord Muruga.

 After the completion of their temple visit, the students eagerly purchased textile products at Meghna Silks, Velur, in the Namakkal District. They had lunch at Sindhu Restaurant, Padamudipalayam, near Velur.

The environment of the temple produces a psychological effect that helps in concentration, one of the participants, Ms. M. Vaishnavi, a final year M.A. English student of the college, pointed out.

The faculty members of Tamil, Dr. T.K. Anuradha, Mrs. S. Jeyanthi, Mrs. S. Hemalatha, and Dr. K. Barathi, were the caretakers for the student participants.
