Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, is proud to share that our College Yoga Team secured the second position in the Periyar University Yoga Tournament, held on 13th March 2026 at the Trinity Auditorium.  This achievement reflects the team’s dedication, discipline, teamwork, and consistent effort. The Management, Principal, Heads of Department, Faculty Members, and Students extend their felicitations to the Yoga players: Ms. M. Madhumitha, second year M.Com., Ms. R. Lavanya, third year B.Sc., Nutrition and Dietetics, Ms. S. Yuvasri, second year B.A., English, Ms. M. Manoranjani, second year B.Sc., Nutrition and Dietetics, Ms. V.S. Nithayasri, first year B.Sc., Physics, and Ms. S. Mahalakshmi, second year B.Sc., Nutrition and Dietetics.

Lakshiminarayanan, Principal, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal; Mr. N. Pugal Selvaraj, Physical Director, Sri Vidhya Mandir College of Arts and Science, Neikkarapatti; Dr. S. Tamilselvan, Director of Physical Education, Vivekanandha College of Arts and Science (Autonomous), Tiruchengode; Mrs. B. Usha, Yoga Trainer, Arignar Anna College, Krishnagiri; and Mr. A. It is noted that M/s. Government Arts College for Women, Salem-8, obtained the first position, and M/s. Sri Vidhya Mandir College of Arts & Science, Neikkarapatti, Salem, got the third position in that tournament under the women’s team. In the men’s team, M/s. Sri Vidhya Mandir College of Arts and Science, Neikkarapatti, Salem, secured the first position, and M/s. Arignar Anna College, Krishnagiri, procured the second position in that tournament.
