Induction Programme for first-year undergraduate students

The first-year undergraduate courses opening-day ceremony, as well as the induction programme was held on June 24th, 2026, in the College Trinity Auditorium.

             Er. K. Nallusamy, Chairman of the College, presided over the function. Mrs. Aruna Selvaraj, Executive Director, offered the felicitation address. Dr. M.R. Lakshiminarayanan, Principal, welcomed the gathering.

             Dr. Gopala. Narayana Moorthy, Dr. Radhakrishnan Best Teacher Awardee and Tamil Teacher at Bharathi Higher Secondary School, Reddipatti, Namakkal, and Secretary of Namakkal Tamil Sangam, was the chief guest.     Higher education remains out of reach for many women in our society. First, you convey your gratitude to your parents for the opportunity to pursue higher education in renowned Trinity College. Problems are inherent with us. We have to face the obstacles boldly. Chances and opportunities are endless. You have to utilize these properly, he said.

             The chief guest was introduced by Dr. M. Sasikala, Assistant Professor and Head of the Postgraduate and Research Department of Commerce of the College.    All the heads of the departments were introduced by the Principal.    The second-year and third-year students performed their group dances nicely. Mr. N. S. Senthilkumar, Administrative Officer, and the heads of the departments, faculty members, and students of the college took part.   Dr. R. Navamani, Vice-Principal & Head, Department of Computer Science (UG), proposed the vote of thanks.
