Mini Marathon on “Drug Free”
M/s. Sharada Toyota, in support of the District Police, Namakkal, organized a Mini Marathon programme titled “Sports AH Edu” … Drugs AH Vidu” on 09th August 2026. It was inaugurated by the Honourable Minister of Registration and Commercial Taxes Department, Government of Tamil Nadu & Member of Legislative Assembly – Rasipuram Constituency, Mr. D. Lokesh Tamil Selvan, in the presence of Mr. Yadhav Krish Ashok, IPS, Superintendent of Police, Namakkal District, and Mr. C.S. Dilip, Member of Legislative Assembly, Namakkal Constituency.
This marathon event started at Pon Nagar (Salem Road). More than 100 school students, college students, Government Officials, and general citizens took part in the programme.
On behalf of Anti-Drug Club, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, Mrs. B. Kavitha, Assistant Professor of Physics, along with the students of the College (Ms. D. Priyadharshini, first-year B.Sc., CS., Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, Ms. R. Varshini, first-year B.Com., CA, and Ms. D. S. Aradhana, first-year B.A., Tamil), actively participated in that event. The above-mentioned participants are congratulated.
