Temple Visit – Students of Computer Science
64 students of Computer Science, Computer Applications and AI & DS (Artificial Intelligence and Data Science) from Trinity College for Women, Namakkal visited Sri Arthanareeswarar Temple, Tiruchengode Town in Namakkal District on 15th April 2025.
This temple is one of the seven Sivasthalams in the Kongunadu region. The presiding god is depicted as half-male and half-female, vertically to represent Shiva and Parvati worshiped in one form, and they learned about the history of the temple from the priest of the temple.
The faculty members of Computer Science, Dr. N. Elamathi, Dr. R. Navamani, Mrs. D. Prabha, Mrs. V. Gayathri and Mrs. P. Navajyothi also took part in that temple visit.
