YOGA & MEDITATION CLUB
Yoga is a path of spiritual enquiry directed to an objective understanding of life and living. Over the last many years, Yoga has also evolved into a Science of Health and Healing. In our Trinity College for Women, The Yoga and Meditation Club was started for the sake of staff members and students. This club conducts a variety of programmes to staff and students to understand the significance of maintaining good health both physically and mentally. The trained teachers and the experts of Yoga teach exercises and meditation. These exercises maintain physical health. This meditation makes them fit mentally and to understand the inner life. This club is effectively functioning in our College.
