Alumni Meet of the Department of CDF

The Trinity College Alumni Association, with the support of the Department of Costume Design and Fashion, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, organized an Alumni Meet on October 15, 2026, on the college premises.

Mrs. B. Ayeesha, an alumna – B.Sc., Costume Design and Fashion (2020-2023 batch), Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, and Warehouse Operative Personnel, Atlantico Food and Wine, Croydon, Unit 1, Commerce Way, Surrey, England, was the special invitee for the program.

She spoke on the topic entitled “Job opportunities in the UK for International Students”.   In the past, pursuing higher education and working in other countries were very rare. However, because of globalization, privatization, and liberalization, it has become easier, she said. Today’s world depends upon technology and innovation. We have to update our subject knowledge. It is essential for us, also, she added.  All the students of Costume Design and Fashion & Nutrition and Dietetics actively took part.    Ms. Y. Lathika, Assistant Professor and Ms. S. Prathishka, Lab. Assistant of the Department of Costume Design and Fashion, made the arrangements.
