NM – Food Analysis programme
As a part of Naan Mudhalvan, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal conducted the programme entitled “Food Analysis – Food processing and preservation methods” on the date (s) of 19th, 26th July, 02nd, 09th, 16th, 23rd and 30th August and 09th September 2024. Mr. P. Kannan, Trainer, Rare Minds, Bengaluru was the resource person.
He explained about the various food processing industries in India like processed fruits and vegetables, mozzarella cheese, RTE/RTC (Ready-to-eat & Ready-to-cook), processed marine products, edible oils, beverages, dairy products. Also, he elaborated about the availability of various jobs in the food industries in India and abroad.
