Dr. M.R. Lakshiminarayanan, Principal, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal inaugurated “Aryabhatta Mathematics Association” in Arignar Anna Government Arts College, Namakkal on 29th March 2023.. This programme was organized by the department of Mathematics, Arignar Anna Government Arts College, Namakkal. Dr. V. Ganesan, Assistant Professor and Head, Department of Mathematics welcomed the gathering. Dr. A. Raja, Principal, Arignar Anna Government Arts College, Namakkal presided over the programme. Dr. V. Sivakumar, Assistant Professor of Mathematics of the College introduced the chief guest. Dr. A. Vadivel, Assistant Professor, Department of Mathematics proposed the vote of thanks. The faculty of Mathematics Dr. R. Vijayalakshmi, Dr. S. Shanthi, Mrs. P. Thamilarasi, Dr. R. Chitra, Dr. R. Malarvizhi and nearly 100 students took part in that programme. Dr. M.R. Lakshiminarayanan, Principal, in his address, highlighted the significance of Mathematics for competitive examinations and our day to day life.
