IIC Rank (3-Star Status)

The Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) aims to systematically encourage, motivate, nurture, and promote innovative thinking and entrepreneurial skills among students and faculty members. It encourages creative thinking and problem-solving among them. The IIC facilitates interaction and collaboration between the Institution and industry experts and also provides resources, mentorship, and support for start-up initiatives. Our Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, promotes technology innovation and entrepreneurship by creating a structured framework for innovation activities.

Our Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, was ranked three stars by the Innovation Cell, Ministry of Education, Government of India, for innovation and startup activities during the IIC calendar year 2024-2025.

In continuation, a felicitation function was held on October 6th, 2026, on the college premises. Mrs. Aruna Selvaraj, Executive Director, presided over the function. She conveyed her best wishes to Dr. M.R. Lakshiminarayanan, Principal; the President of IIC, Dr. B. Lena; the Convenor, Dr. A. Vijayasarathi; the In-charge of NODAL Officer & NIRF, Dr. S. Mekala (Social Media); and the department in-charges of the IIC cell, Dr. S. Kalaivani (Chemistry), Mrs. B. Kavitha (Physics), Dr. S. Devi (Commerce), Dr. K. Barathi (Tamil), Ms. S. Abinaya (English), Mrs. V. Gokila and Dr. S. Revathy (Mathematics), Ms. S. Vaishnavi (Costume Design and Fashion), Mrs. S. Bharathi (Nutrition and Dietetics), Mrs. A. Kavitha (Computer Science), and Mrs. P. Navajyothi (Computer Instructor)
