Innovations: The Essence for Employability
The Institution’s Innovation Council of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal organized a one day webinar event in the title of “Innovations: The Essence for Employability” on 9th March 2022.
This programme was held through the platform of Google Meet. Dr. V. Darling Selvi, Assistant Professor in Commerce, Rani Anna Government Arts College for Women, Tirunelveli was the resource person. She elaborately presented various keynotes for the benefit of our students like career, academic, research, experimental, education, soft skills, collaboration, communication, ethics, leadership, professionalism, career placement, project management, time management, team management, updating curriculum, etc., Besides, she presented the current scenario of state wise education ranking and employability in India. In Particular, she insisted on the importance of digital learning, especially MOOC-SWAYAM courses. More than 200 students took part in that webinar. This event was organized by the members of IIC of the College.
