            The Postgraduate and Research, Department of Commerce,  Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, organized “Intensive Training Programme” for first year undergraduate students of Commerce (both B.Com., and B.Com., Computer Applications)  on 01st July, 02nd July, 06th July and 7th July, 2026 in the College premises.

Today’s world has shifted toward artificial intelligence. It is used across many fields, including smartphones, social media, banking, healthcare, security, education, transportation, agriculture, retail, manufacturing, marketing, cybersecurity, entertainment, human resources, environmental management, law, smart cities, and navigation, etc. Students from disciplines other than computer science can also study these artificial intelligence related subjects, she said. Due to LPG (liberalization, privatization, and globalization), numerous employment opportunities are available for students both in India and abroad, she added.

Today’s younger generations frequently use social websites such as YouTube, WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and so on. We often do not engage our brains for even simple calculations, relying instead on calculators for basic math. Every day, we read leading Tamil and English newspapers; this practice is beneficial for preparing for Government Competitive Examinations, she said.
