MOE’s Institution Council, Ministry of Education, Government of India, Institution’s Innovation Council, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal (C-9496) organized a programme titled “Innovation and Entrepreneurship” Programme on 29th August 2025.
The Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell has initiated a national-level podcast series titled “Rashtra Pratham” and “Celebrating Failures” focused on inspiring young minds by showcasing the stories of India’s most efficacious leaders and founders of establishment of new industries. This initiative is designed to assist students in viewing opportunities and challenges, to support a mindset of innovation and leadership.
In this regard, on 29.08.2025, our college students as well as faculty members, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, watched the YouTube Video on our college premises, related to the Innovation and Internship Programme (Rashtra Pratham / Celebrating Failures).
Rastra Pratham / Celebrating Failures, a Podcast hosted by Dr. Abhay Jere, Vice-Chairman, AICTE & Chief Innovation Officer, Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell, denoted India’s most inspiring change makers.
Mr. Ashish Chauhan, Managing Director & CEO, National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) talked about his inspiring journey, sharing valuable lessons on leadership, innovation and recovering quickly from difficulties. Also, he shared his family and his childhood experiences. Besides that, he spoke about how to be a successful person in the stock market and tips to achieve success. In addition, he gave some suggestions regarding financial planning for the younger generation.
Apart from students, Dr. A. Vijayasarathi, Coordinator – Institution’s Innovation Council, the faculty members of English, Mrs. A. Revathi, Ms. M. Rekha, Mrs. P. Abirami, Mrs. S. Gayathri and Ms. S. Kavya attended that programme.
