National Youth Day was celebrated on the campus of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal on 10th January 2025
Every year, National Youth Day is observed on the 12th of January. On the occasion of the 163rd birth anniversary of Swami Vivekanandar, this day was celebrated by the volunteers of the National Service Scheme, Youth Red Cross, Red Ribbon Club, Unnat Bharat Abhiyan Cell, in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, on 10.01.2025.
Mrs. V. Kalaivani, Assistant Professor in Physics and Coordinator of Youth Red Cross, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal was the resource person.
This day (12th January) is dedicated to youth as National Youth day. India is called the nation of youth. Swami Vivekanandar was an Indian philosopher and social reformer. His thoughts give the right direction and inspiration to the youth. He devoted his entire life to social work, she said.
The NSS Programme Officers, Dr. M. Sasikala and Mrs. V. Gokila, the RRC Programme Officer, Dr. S. Kalaivani, The Coordinator of Unnat Bharat Abhiyan Cell, Mrs. S. Hemalatha, the Coordinator of the Institution’s Innovation Council of the College, made arrangements.
