Observation of World Mother Language Day
The Postgraduate and Research Department of Tamil, in association with the National Service Scheme, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, organized a pledge taking ceremony on 20th February 2026 to commemorate International Mother Language Day and to create awareness among the students of the College. The event aimed to promote linguistic and cultural diversity, urging the significance of preserving and encouraging mother languages. Dr. C. Gobiya and Mrs. S. Hemalatha, Faculty of English of the College made arrangements. All the students of the College took part.
