Observation of World Meditation Day
On account of International Meditation Day, the Department of Physical Education, in association with the yoga and meditation club, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, conducted a programme on “Shape our body through aerobic yoga exercises” on 21st December 2024.
Mrs. V. Archana, Physical Director & Coordinator – Yoga and Meditation Club, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal was the resource person.
She elucidated the significance of various exercises, like walking, running, dancing, rowing, hiking, , jumping rope, skiing, jogging, stair climbing, tennis, step aerobics, cycling, swimming, etc.
