Declared as the “Drug Free Zone” of the College.
On behalf of the Anti-Drug Club, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal conducted a “Drug Free Awareness Programme” on 09.08.2025.
The Principal, Dr. M.R. Lakshiminarayanan, inaugurated the “Drug Free Zone”. It was held at the entrance gate of (Mohanur Road, Opp – Mahalakshmi Nagar) Trinity College for Women, Namakkal.
Drug-free zones are identified as areas where the sale, use or distribution of unlawful substances is strictly prohibited and heavily penalized. There are no students at the college who do not engage in these types of activities, the Principal stated. Dr. B. Lena, Assistant Professor and Head, Department of Mathematics, Dr. S. Jeyanthi, Assistant Professor in Mathematics & Coordinator of the Anti-Drug ClubMrs. V. Archana, Physical Directress, the faculty members and students of the college took part in that programme in the “Drug Free Zone”.
