Periyar University Inter-collegiate chess tournament – 17 & 18.11.2022

            Periyar University Inter collegiate Chess Tournament (both men and women) held on 17^th and 18^th November 2022.  It was held in the premises of Padmavani Arts and Science College for Women (Opp – Periyar University), Salem.  Mr. K. Duraisamy, Secretary and Mr. K. Sathiyamoorthy, Chairman, Padmavani Educational Institutions Salem presided over the chess tournament.    Dr. K. Venkatachalam, Director of Physical Education, Periyar University, Salem inaugurated the tournament.   Mrs. Esaivani Sathiyamoorthy, Directress of Padmavani Educational Institutions, Dr. R. Harikrishnaraj, Principal, Dr. V. Deepa. Director of Physical Education, Padmavani Arts and Science College, Salem, Mr. R. Sureshkumar, Director of Physical Education, AVS Arts and Science College, Salem, Dr. M. Nirmala, Director of Physical Education, K.S.Rangasamy Arts and Science College, Tiruchengode, Mrs. V. Archana, Directress of Physical Education, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal and other officials took part.
