The Department of Social Welfare, Namakkal District organized a one-day programme titled “Early childhood care and education scheme” for the benefit of Anganwadi workers in and around Namakkal city on 28th January 2025 in the premises of the Collector’s Office, Namakkal. Mrs. R.Vanitha, Assistant Professor of Nutrition and Dietetics, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal was the special invitee. She denoted the fundamentals of child development, the role of the ECCE centre, need to maintain the health, hygiene and nutrition for children, prevention of environmental problems for our generations, etc.,
