Event on “Vaikkam 100”
The Equal Opportunity Cell in association with the PostGraduate research department of Tamil, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal conducted a lyrics competition entitled “Vaikkam – Change of history” (வரலாற்றை மாற்றிய வைக்கம்) on 15th September 2023 in the College campus. Many students of the College have actively taken part. The following students have got the first two prizes

All the participants were highlighted their lyrics like role of Periyar in Vaikom Satyagraha, Periyar – Fight for social justice, contribution of Periyar’s part in vaikom, etc.,

On behalf of Inner Wheel Club of Namakkal, Mrs. Aruna Selvaraj, President of the Club gave away prizes to the above said prizes
