IIC Programme on “Start-ups Plan for Entrepreneurship”
The Institution Innovation Council, in association with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell & Entrepreneurship Development Cell, in support of the department of Costume Design and Fashion, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, organized an IIC Programme titled “How to plan for start-ups – Legal and Ethical Steps” on 25th April 2025.
Mrs. N. Nandhini, Director, M/s. Sri Balaji Gold Covering, Mohanur Road, Namakkal was the resource person. She talked about the various titles related to entrepreneurships, like introduction to start-ups, technical innovation, risk and uncertainty, planning of start-ups, development of business plans, marketing research and development, opportunities for funding mobilization, needs of Intellectual Property Rights for Entrepreneurs, ethical business practices, corporate social responsibility, consumer rights and protection, etc.,
Also, she highlighted the women’s entrepreneurship opportunities in the field of cosmetics and beauty products. Students of the College actively took part.
This programme was organized by the coordinators of IQAC, IIC and EDC of the College.
