YRC PROGRAMME OFFICER MEET (08.05.2023)
The Periyar University, Salem conducted the Namakkal District YRC Programme Officers Meet and celebrated the World Red Cross Day on 08.05.2023 at the venue of seminar hall, Arignar Anna Government Arts College, Namakkal.
Dr. A. Raja, Principal of the College presided over the programme. Dr. S. Padmasekaran, Zonal Coordinator, Youth Red Cross/Assistant Professor in Mathematics, Periyar University, Salem was the chief guest. Mr. C.R. Rajeshkannan, District Secretary, IRCS (Indian Red Cross Society), Namakkal offered his felicitation address. Dr. K.S. Loganathan, YRC, District Organizer, Namakkal welcomed the gathering. Dr. E.G. Wesely, YRC Programme Officer, Arignar Anna Government Arts College, Namakkal proposed the vote of thanks. More than 20 programme officers of Youth Red Cross in Namakkal district took part.
On behalf of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, Mrs. V. Kalaivani, Adjacent, Youth Red Cross participated in that programme.
Dr. S. Padmasekaran, insisted that all the YRC Programme Officers should interact with and clearly explain the basic principles of YRC to all the students of your College.
