Faculty participates in the women awareness programme

          The Periyar University, Salem  – Women’s Studies Centre (UGC funded) conducted a one day awareness programme titled “Implementation of UGC Guidelines for Women Safety and Empowerment for Women Cell Coordinators” on 10th December 2025 in the seminar hall, Old Science Block of the University Premises.  

          Dr. K. Murugesan, Controller of Examinations (FAC),  Periyar University, Salem, inaugurated the programme.    Prof. Dr. P. Nazni, Director, Women’s Studies Centre, Periyar University, Salem welcomed the gathering.     Dr. A. Radhika, Deputy Director, Women’s Studies Centre, Periyar University, proposed the vote of thanks in the forenoon session.  

          After the completion of the inauguration powwow, technical sessions were held on that day.
