Felicitation to the players of Weightlifting
The Periyar University Women Weightlifting Tournament (2025-2026) was held in the premises of Muthayammal College of Arts and Science (Autonomous), Rasipuram, Namakkal District on 29.10.2025.
Many players from Arts and Science Colleges in and around Salem, Namakkal, Dharmapuri and Krishnagiri District actively took part.
It is proudly informed that our Trinity College for Women, Namakkal procured the second place in that tournament.

The prize distribution ceremony was held in the premises of Muthayammal College of Arts and Science (Autonomous), Rasipuram on 29.10.2025. Dr. K. Venkatachalam, Physical Director, Periyar University, Salem, Dr. R. Selvakumaran, Director – Academics, Dr. S.P. Vijeikumar, Principal, Dr. A.Stella Baby, Dean – Student’s Affairs, Dr. T. Ramesh, Physical Director of MCAS and the various Colleges physical Directress conveyed their greetings to all the achievers.
In continuation, a best wishes ceremony was held in the premises of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal on 30.10.2025.
