Students of Mathematics participation in the state level workshop in Mathematics
The postgraduate and research department of mathematics at Arignar Anna Government Arts College, Namakkal, conducted a one-day state-level workshop entitled “CSIR-NET/JRF and TNSET in Mathematics” on April 8, 2024.
Lt. Dr. R. Gnanaprakasam, Department of Mathematics, Tamil Nadu Polytechnic College, Madurai, was the resource person.
He got 18 times qualified in the CSIR-NET examinations. (He obtained an all-India rank in the CSIR-NET examinations twice and was the trainer for several CSIR-NET workshops.) This workshop covered tips and tricks for CSIR-NET and Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test Examinations, Analysis, Algebra, etc.
Dr. A. Raja, Principal, Arignar Anna Government Arts College, Namakkal, presided over the program. Dr. V. Ganesan, Associate Professor and Head, Postgraduate and Research Department of Mathematics, was the convener of the program.
Dr V. Sadhasivam, Associate Professor & Head, Postgraduate and research department of Mathematics, Thiruvalluvar Government Arts College, Rasipuram, Namakkal District also spoke on that occasion of valedictory function.
The faculty of mathematics, Dr. T.J. Raghupathi, Dr. P. Sundararajan, Dr. S. Sowndararajan, Dr. R. Vijayalakshmi, Dr. V. Sivakumar, Dr. A. Vadivel, Dr. S. Shanthi, Mrs. P. Thamilarasi, Dr. R. Chitra, and Dr. R. Malarvizhi, made arrangements.
