The postgraduate and research department of Tamil, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, organized a special visit to Tiruchengode, Namakkal District, with 48 students and six faculty members on March 28, 2024.

They worshiped Lord Sri Arthanareeswarar, Tiruchengode, (also known as Thirukodimada Chenkundrur), and his consort Parvathi, and blessed the devotees on the sacred hill of Tiruchengode. This temple has 1156 steps and is 650 feet high.

Apart from Lord Ardhanareeswarar, they worshiped the Gods Lord Ganesa, Lord Sengottuvelar (Murugan), and Adhikeshava Perumal (Vishnu) also. 

The faculty members of Tamil,  Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, Dr. R. Savithri, Mrs. S. Jayamathi, Dr. A. Latha, Dr. B. Vishnupriya, Mrs. K. Barathi, and Dr. T. Geetha were the caretakers of the students’ participants of Tamil.
