Cloth Yellow Bags distribution programme
Plastic and polythene bags have become a serious environmental concern on account of their accumulation in our atmosphere. To ameliorate awareness and induce the behavior of cloth bag usage instead of plastic bags in students, the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan Cell, in support of the National Green Corps, Namakkal District, distributed cloth bags to the students of the College on 11th April 2025.
Mr. P. Ragunath, District Coordinator, National Green Corps, Namakkal District, Dr. M.R. Lakshiminarayanan, Principal, Dr. Arasuparameswaran, Coordinator – Silver Jubilee Celebrations, and Dr. C. Gobiya, Coordinator, Pudhumai Penn Scheme, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal and Dr. N. Thilagam, Associate Professor and Head, Department of Tamil, Kandaswami Kandar’s College, Paramathi-Velur, Namakkal District took part.
Mrs. S. Hemalatha, Coordinator, Unnat Bharat Abhiyan Cell, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, made arrangements.
