Republic Day Celebrations
The volunteers, as well as Programme Officers of the National Service Scheme, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, celebrated 77th Republic Day with great zeal and enthusiasm in the village of Ariyur, Mohanur Taluk, Namakkal District on 26th January 2026.
Mrs. K. Jayanthi, Head Mistress, Sellappa Government Aided Primary School, Ariyur unfurled the National Flag. She highlighted the importance of our constitution in granting us basic freedoms and guiding us in our duties in India.
Mr. A.K. Raja Kannan, Former President, Ariyur village, offered the felicitation address. Dr. R. Navamani, Vice-Principal of the College, The Physical Directress of the College, Mrs. V. Archana, The President of Lions Club (Mohanur), Mr. K. Murugesan, The Members of Lions Club of Mohanur, Mr. L. Jaisankar, Mr. P. Gopal, Mr. K.S. Sridharan, Mr. P. Niwas, Mr. K. Saravanan, Mr. D. Ananth, The Rotarian (Mohanur), Mr. R. Muthusamy, Mr. N. Karuppannan, Teacher, Sellappa Government Aided Primary School, Ariyur and Mr. A.S. Sekar, Alumnus of the School, public from Ariyur, Maniyangalpatti, Thoppur and Neikkarapatti and the students of the schools also enthusiastically took part in that Republic Day Celebrations. The NSS Programme Officers of the College, Dr. M. Sasikala and Mrs. V. Gokila, made arrangements.
