NM Programme on “Employability Skills”
Under the auspices of Naan Mudhalvan, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal conducted a programme titled “I Can Employability Skills” on 23rd, 30th January, 06th, 13th, 20th, 27th February, 13th, 20th and 27th March 2025 in the ICT Hall of the College.
Mrs. M. Jayakodi, Entrepreneur & Government Project Trainer, Ants Skills Varsity, Bengaluru was the resource person.
She explained the various workplace skills, viz, the need for communication skills, designing professional resumes and branding, developing the interpersonal and team dynamics, enhancement of interview and presentation proficiency skills, fostering critical thinking for employability, effective speaking, listening, writing skills, requirement for presentation skills, confidence building, team building, interpersonal skills, personality development, strategies for updating personal skills, resume preparation techniques, group discussion and other soft skills.
The programme was organized by Dr. B. Vishnupriya, SPOC, The Adjacents of Naan Mudhalvan, Dr. K. Gowrimala and Mrs. D. Prabha and the members of the organization, Dr. N. Subalakshmi (Tamil), Mrs. A. Revathi (English), Mrs. S. Madhukaraveni (Mathematics), Mrs. S. Sandhiya (Physics). Dr. S. Kalaivani (Chemistry), Mrs. V. Gayathri (Computer Science), Mrs. M. Uma Mageswari (Commerce), Ms. P. Sri Renugadevi (Nutrition & Dietetics) and Ms. K.P. Theepika (Costume Design and Fashion).
