Soft Skills Development Programme:-

Under the auspices of Placement Cell, Internal Quality Assurance Cell and Institution’s Innovation Council, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal & SGBS Unnati Foundation, Bengaluru jointly organized the soft skill development programme on 30th June, 02^nd, 03^rd, 04^th, 7^th, 9^th , 10^th, 11^th , 14^{th July 2025} in the seminar hall.  

          Mr. K. Dineshkumar, Changemaker, SGBS Unnati Foundation, Unnati Centre, No 1, Temple Road, NGEF East, Sadananda Nagar, Bengaluru, was the resource person. 

          The programs focus on self-confidence, self-management, teamwork, intercultural communication, leadership, interview skills, time management, stress management, goal-setting, proper decision-making, business etiquette, etc.   All the final year students of the college benefited through that programme.
