*** Swachch Bharat Abhiyan – Campus cleaning programme by the volunteers of YRC
A campus cleaning programme was organized by Youth Red Cross of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal on 13th March 2023 at the College campus. A total of 100 YRC volunteers participated in the programme. Dr. M.R. Lakshiminarayanan, Principal of the College welcomed the gathering. Er. K. Nallusamy, Secretary of the College, initiated cleaning activities among YRC volunteers. Mrs. Aruna Selvaraj, Executive Director motivated students towards “clean India’ by her inspirational talk. Mr. P.K. Sengodan, Chairman, delivered talks to volunteers on the importance of cleanliness for safeguarding our environment. Dr. Arasuaparameswaran, Director – Academic highlighted the significance of green environment
The volunteers cleaned the entire campus neatly. Dr. R. Savithri, YRC Programme Officer and Mrs. V. Kalaivani, Adjacent, YRC of the College carried out all the arrangements along with the Director of Physical Education of the College Mrs. V.Archana for the smooth conduct of the swachh bharat programme.
