            The Naan Mudhalvan Scheme, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal conducted a three day programme entitled “Employability Skills” on 03.04.2023, 05.04.2023 & 06.04.2023.  It was held in the College premises.  

 Mr. P.J. Veeramani, Aptitude and Softskills Trainer, Naandi Foundation, Chennai was the resource person. 

Just acquiring arts and science degrees are not enough. Students will have to improve their employability skills as per the requirements of the industry.       All the students have to improve their soft skills, he said.  

In addition, he elaborated the various employability skills topics like problem solving skills, self management, positive attitude, resilience, oral & written communication skills, using digital tools, working with others, personal discipline and so on.  

            Dr. M.R. Lakshiminarayanan, Principal and Mrs. R. Navamani, AP & HOD of UG CS & CA, of the College also took part. 

 The Coordinator of Naan Mudhalvan Scheme Dr. B.  Vishnupriya, Adjacent Mrs. D. Prabha and the members of Naan Mudhalvan Scheme Mrs. A. Vijayasarathi, Mrs. K. Barathi, Mrs. K. Gowrimala, Mrs. K. Amutha, Dr. Lalitha Easwaran, Mrs. K. Akila, Mrs. A. Thenmozhi, Ms. K.P. Theepika and Ms. P. Sri Renugadevi made arrangements. 

More than 200 students benefited through this programme.
