Programme on “Kriya Yoga”

The Yoga and Meditation Club with the support of the department of Physical Education, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal conducted a one day yoga and meditation programme entitled ““How do we practice Kriya Yoga? & a view on advanced Yoga Asanas”? (கிரியா யோகா பயிற்சியினை நாம் எவ்வாறு மேற்கொள்ளவேண்டும் ? & மேம்படுத்தப்பட்ட யோகாசனங்கள் குறித்த ஒரு மீள்பார்வை)  on 17.04.2023. 

Mrs. N. Bhuvaneswari, Yoga Trainer, 189, Middle Street, Jari Kondalampatti, Salem while emphasising the significance of health in one’s life laid stress on the role of yoga in leading a happy and healthy life.   Apart from that, she has given training related to kriya yosana and the advanced yoga asanas like chin stand, bow pose, compass pose, boat pose, crow pose, cow face pose, eight-angle pose, half-moon pose and so on.
