Awareness Program on the HPV Vaccine – February 27, 2024
Trinity Women’s Forum, National Service Scheme, Youth Red Cross, Red Ribbon Club, and Unnat Bharat Abhiyan Cell, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, in support of Thangam Hospitals and Cancer Centre, Namakkal jointly conducted an awareness program on “Merits of HPV (Human Papilloma Viruses)” on February 27, 2024, in the premises of Trinity Auditorium. Dr. Aruna Prabhu, Surgical Oncologist, Thangam Hospital and Cancer Centre, Namakkal was the special invitee. This HPV vaccine protects us against mouth, throat, head and neck cancers caused by Human Papilloma Viruses, she pointed out.
